Welcome to THE SANDBOX.
For one night only, we transform a massive warehouse into a 10,000+ square foot dance floor of sand, our sanctuary as we dance into the new year.
We’ve been designing a one of a kind lighting installation specifically for New Year’s Eve, paired with 100 feet of live projection mapping and immersive visuals that surround you from every angle. Whether you’re dancing, laying back in the sand watching the light move overhead, or wandering through the space, we invite you to engage all your senses.
Beyond the sand, explore:

FOOD TRUCK: we will be joined by hala food truck who will be serving amazing eats all night long!

I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assignees
Purchase Policy: By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellations, no refunds, once the order has been placed.
Venue Management have the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, intoxication, breach of security, and other restrictions.
Ticket prices increase when we run out of the previous tier. Don't buy the highest tier if the ones below it are available!
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events and activities, and use of
equipment, I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
- The risk of injury from sports and other activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for
permanent paralysis and death.
- I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF
ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF QBK SPORTS OR OTHERS and assume full responsibility for my
participation.
- I willingly agree to comply with terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant hazard
during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the
nearest official immediately.
- I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE,
INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS QBK Sports, its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other
participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event
(RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY,
DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM
THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- I agree not to sue or otherwise attempt to hold QBK Sports liable for any injuries regardless of the cause.
- This waiver applies regardless of whether I am using equipment at the time of the injury or whether injury occurs as
a result of my presence upon the premises regardless of purpose or activity at the time of the injury-causing incident.
This waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad as is allowed under the applicable law and applies to any
and all claims for damages, regardless of whether they are allegedly caused by the negligence of QBK Sports or its employees.
Health Statement
I will notify QBK Sports ownership or employees if I suffer from any medical or health condition that may cause
injury to myself, others, or may require emergency care during my participation. QBK Sports recommends that you
seek the advice of your physician before commencing any exercise routine.
Media Statement
By signing below, I hereby grant and convey to QBK Sports all rights, title and interest in and to record my name,
image, voice, or statements including any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by QBK Sports, Nocturnal Creature Society or Camp Wonkru
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY
UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT,
AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
