NoCo Broker Open Tours | Monthly Event
As real estate professionals, we all know that getting a listing in front of hardworking, well-connected agents is one of the most effective ways to get a home under contract. We also know how challenging it can be to carve out time in everyone’s schedules to make that happen.
NoCo Broker Open Tours were created to solve that problem—while strengthening relationships across our real estate community.
Inspired by a successful model used by agents in Cheyenne, WY, this monthly tour creates a win-win for everyone involved. Agents gather for a dedicated morning to tour multiple listings, connect with fellow professionals, and build meaningful partnerships—all before the weekend rush of buyers begins. Listings are often featured during their launch week, giving agents an early look and valuable insight they can share with their clients.
Beyond the tours, this event is about something bigger: community over competition. In an industry that can sometimes feel isolating, our village chooses collaboration. We show up for one another, celebrate each other’s wins, share knowledge, and grow together.
Event Flow & Transportation Details
We begin with light networking from 8:30–9:00 AM at The Hub, allowing agents and industry partners time to connect before the tour begins.
🚍 The tour bus departs promptly at 9:00 AM and is reserved exclusively for NoCo agents and our event sponsors.
🤝 All industry partners are warmly welcome to attend and are invited to caravan through the tour in their own vehicles.
