Le 26 novembre 2026, ils partageront la scène de la Sala Rossa avec deux chanteurs expérimentés de la scène locale, George Essebag El Caracolillo et Alvaro Echanove. Ensemble, ils proposeront un flamenco pur, c’est-à-dire ancré dans la tradition pour laisser place à l’improvisation et à l’interaction directe entre les artistes.

Milena Tejada (La Paz, 1998) est une danseuse flamenca au parcours international. Elle débute ses études en danse à l'âge de 3 ans. Formée entre la Bolivie et Séville, notamment à la prestigieuse Fondation Cristina Heeren, elle se distingue dans plusieurs concours de flamenco en Espagne et à l’étranger. Artiste invitée sur de nombreuses scènes d’Amérique du Nord et d’Amérique latine, elle présente également ses propres créations, dont « Creciente », son premier spectacle solo.
Originaire de la région de Huelva, Álvaro Mora (Moguer, 1998) est un guitariste flamenco dont le parcours allie une solide formation académique et une riche expérience de la scène. Disciple et collaborateur de Rafael Riqueni dès l’âge de 14 ans, il se produit dans de prestigieux festivals et aux côtés de grandes figures du flamenco, en Espagne comme à l’international. Lauréat de nombreux prix, dont le prestigieux Bordón Minero 2022 du Festival International Cante de las Minas, il s’impose aujourd’hui comme l’un des plus solides guitaristes de sa génération. Entre guitare de concert, accompagnement du chant et de la danse, il développe également son propre spectacle, « Utama », présenté sur plusieurs scènes nationales et internationales.

This fall, we’ll have the chance to welcome two rising stars of flamenco to Montreal, in an intimate setting and in collaboration with the local community.
Milena Tejada and Alvaro Mora perform daily at some of Spain’s finest tablaos, including Casa de la Memoria, Las Setas, Los Gallos, El Cordobés, and Teatro Flamenco de Triana. The deep connection between them, born from their partnership, is truly one of a kind. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness some of the very best that today’s flamenco scene has to offer.
On November 26, 2026, they will share the stage at Sala Rossa with two seasoned singers from the local scene, George Essebag El Caracolillo and Alvaro Echanove. Together, they will present pure flamenco — rooted in tradition while leaving room for improvisation and direct interaction between the artists.

Milena Tejada (La Paz, 1998) is a flamenco dancer with an international career. She started studying dance at the age of 3. Trained between Bolivia and Seville, including at the prestigious Fundación Cristina Heeren, she has distinguished herself in numerous flamenco competitions in Spain and abroad. A guest artist on stages throughout North and Latin America, she also presents her own creations, including Creciente, her first solo production. She currently performs at some of Seville’s most renowned tablaos, where her artistry combines strength, elegance, and depth.
Originally from Moguer, Huelva, Álvaro Mora (1998) is a flamenco guitarist whose career combines a strong academic foundation with extensive stage experience. A student and collaborator of Rafael Riqueni from the age of 14, he has performed at prestigious festivals and alongside leading figures in flamenco, both in Spain and internationally. The recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious 2022 Bordón Minero at the Festival Internacional Cante de las Minas, he is now recognized as one of the leading guitarists of his generation. Alongside concert performances and accompanying singers and dancers, he is also developing his own production, Utama, which has been presented on stages across Spain and internationally.
