Welcome to this open lecture, which provides a brief historical perspective of technological advances in robotics and AI and discusses the impact of this technology on society at large.This lecture gives a short historical perspective on technological advances in robotics and AI and discusses the impact of the technology on the society at large. Presenter Danica Kragic Jensfelt will present how robotics technologies have develop for now alsmot 100 years and how current developments in the area of AI fuel the development. She will also address the technology from the human perspective and what considering human-in-the-loop entails.
