About this Event
Join us for a WLDE Meetup at tekom Stuttgart, a community gathering for professionals in translation, localization, and language technology. In today’s turbulent environment, shaped by rapid AI adoption, shifting client expectations, and increasing market pressure, many women in our industry face unique challenges, from visibility gaps and unequal access to leadership opportunities to the ongoing need to balance confidence with negotiation in client and workplace interactions.
This meetup, hosted within the spirit of Women in Localization Germany, creates a safe and supportive space to openly discuss these realities and exchange strategies for resilience and growth. Together, we will explore how women can better support one another through mentoring, networking, and knowledge-sharing, while also identifying practical ways to strengthen professional positioning and long-term career sustainability.
Rather than a formal agenda, the session encourages honest dialogue, peer learning, and community building, focusing on empowerment, collaboration, and actionable insights that participants can take back into their daily work.
Please note that tekom is a ticketed event. Tickets are available on the tekom website.
