About this Event
No One Left Behind: A Guide to Advocacy, Compassion & Hope is a free, interactive community workshop designed to help veterans, military families, caregivers, and advocates feel more confident navigating resources and speaking up when help is needed.
Navigating veteran services can feel overwhelming. Knowing who to contact, what questions to ask, what information to keep, and what to do when something isn't working isn't always clear. This workshop breaks those steps down into practical, approachable tools you can actually use.
Through guided discussion, real-world examples, worksheets, and take-home resources, participants will learn how to better prepare for appointments and important conversations, organize information and follow-up, locate trustworthy resources and accredited assistance, and advocate clearly and effectively.
This workshop was created from personal experience and a simple belief: no veteran or family should feel like they have to navigate the system alone.
You don't need to be an expert to be an advocate. Sometimes, you just need to know where to start, what to ask, and what to do next.
Free to attend. Advance registration is required due to limited seating
