Learn to challenge toxic behaviour early and build a culture shaped by clear behaviour.
About this Event
___
Culture is defined by the worst behaviour leaders are willing to tolerate. Small moments matter.
Interruptions in meetings.
Dismissive tone.
Micro-aggressions.
Silent intimidation.
Individually, these moments may seem minor. But over time, they create behavioural debt – quietly damaging trust, collaboration, and psychological safety.
Left unchecked, the impact shows up as disengagement, burnout, resignations, and avoidable risk.
This practical, leader-focused session tackles the real cost of unchecked ‘brilliant jerk’ dynamics and helps you set a clear tolerance threshold before these issues become part of the legacy you leave behind.
Because talent is never an excuse for bad behaviour.
What we’ll explore:
- How tolerated behaviour becomes behavioural debt
- Early signs that team culture is slipping
- Why leaders hesitate to challenge toxic behaviour
- How to reset expectations
You’ll leave with:
- Practical language to address behaviour in the moment

- Techniques on how to interrupt toxic dynamics in real time
- Tools to protect team standards and psychological safety
Who should attend:
