We've all had a conversation at work that didn't go quite the way we hoped. Maybe it was a disagreement with a coworker, difficult feedback from a manager, or a situation where two people simply couldn't see eye to eye.
Conflict is a normal part of working with others, but knowing how to handle it well is a skill that takes practice.
Join the Nashville Junior Chamber on December 10 for our next Pathfinder Workshop: Navigating Conflict, a two-hour professional development session focused on approaching difficult conversations with more confidence.
We'll explore how to:
• Recognize the different types of workplace conflict.
• Employ the 12 strategies for Managing Conflict
• Have productive conversations when opinions, expectations, or priorities don't align.
• Navigate conflict while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Whether you're early in your career, managing a team, or simply looking to improve how you work with others, this session is for you.
This event takes place at Shore Capital Partners, located in Suite 1950.
