Description of Monday Program
This is a 4 week Bachata program designed with both the new and less experienced dancer in mind. The curriculum is designed to develop participants for social dancing. As in all of our programs, we use a curated collection of shines (footwork patterns), drills, and partnerwork patterns to build up all of the foundational skills the participants needs to become proficient as social dancers.
The shines and patterns in this progressive program will begin by grounding the movements in the foundations of the dance. By the last week, the program will reach an advanced beginner level level.
We encourage participants to glean what they can from the lessons without taking on the pressure of learning and remembering the shines and patterns in their entirety.
