Welcome, and thank you for your interest in joining NishkamSWAT 💛

This induction session is designed to give you a full understanding of who we are and what it means to be part of our team.

During this session, we will cover:

• The history and journey of NishkamSWAT
• Our mission, values, and principles
• What volunteering with us involves
• Key Do’s and Don’ts when serving the community
• How to maintain a safe environment for yourself and others

This session is important in ensuring all volunteers are aligned with our purpose and standards.

• You will receive a mandatory volunteer application form
• This must be completed before you can begin volunteering

• You will receive a NishkamSWAT T-shirt
• You will also have the option to purchase a NishkamSWAT hoodie or Jacket
• • This is recommended as part of your volunteer uniform when serving
