Led by Owner Chef Jin, Torissong is celebrated for its refined modern Japanese dining, seamlessly blending timeless culinary traditions with innovative technique.
Each course will feature premium seasonal Australian produce, thoughtfully interpreted through a Japanese lens to create dishes that are elegant, vibrant, and unforgettable.
To complete the journey, enjoy a curated selection of Japanese beverage pairings from sake and shochu to umeshu, yuzushu, and whisky highball designed to highlight balance, purity, and umami in every bite. (Beverage pairings are not included in the dinner ticket and can be purchased separately.)
