What is a pairs pace? A Pair Pace is a FUN group ride of teams ranging from two to four riders through our Cross Country Field. This event is a low-key competition that was originally derived from fox hunting. Each team follows a map of the cross-country course attempts to ride for the fastest time for their division!
It's kind of like Foxhunt without the hounds! You do not have to ride fast to be competitive, nor do you have to jump - this event is for all levels of riders and horses.
Costumes are highly encouraged! Warm beverages and pastries for breakfast as well as prizes for best costume provided.
We will have different categories for awards - best costume, most creative costume, scariest costume, and most adorable costume.
You do not have to jump! You can walk the whole course. This is a fun community event to get folks out enjoying horses, community, and a grand ole time!
How to enter? Entries open October 14th via google form! Bringing your barn or a trailer full? We just need a general idea of numbers so we aren’t caught by surprise Saturday AM so shoot us a text in advance so we know (443 903 9588)
