Nightmare on Main Street is a 21+ Halloween bar crawl presented and organized by Bones Distillery.

Tickets may be purchased online, at Bones Distillery, at participating locations, and at the event registration area, subject to availability.

A Nightmare on Main Street ticket provides access to the participating bar crawl and the event benefits described in these Terms & Conditions. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately from the individual participating establishments.

5:30 PM — Registration opens at Bones Distillery
6:00 PM — Bar crawl and hay wagon transportation begin
6:00–9:00 PM — Official bar crawl
6:00–10:00 PM — Continuous hay wagon transportation

Bones Distillery is the official registration location and starting point for Nightmare on Main Street.

Event times are subject to reasonable changes if necessary for safety, operational, weather, or other circumstances.

• Jose's Cantina
• Main Street Brew House
• May'rz Inn
• Presidents Pub

Additional participating locations may be added or announced prior to the event.

Each participating establishment operates independently and is responsible for its own premises, employees, alcohol service, food service, entertainment, specials, and house rules.

A Nightmare on Main Street ticket includes, subject to availability:

• Admission to the Nightmare on Main Street bar crawl
• Official event wristband
• Event T-shirt
• Complimentary snacks and/or hors d'oeuvres at participating locations
• Access to participating locations' event drink specials
• Halloween-themed music and atmosphere at participating locations
• Hay wagon transportation between designated event locations
• Eligibility for event door prizes

Drinks are not included with the ticket and are purchased separately.

Individual participating establishments may offer additional entertainment, live music, activities, food, or drink specials at their discretion.

A valid Nightmare on Main Street wristband must be worn and displayed as required throughout the event.

Wristbands may not be transferred between individuals.

Guests without a valid wristband may be denied access to event benefits and participating locations' event specials.

Nightmare on Main Street is strictly 21+ only.

All participants must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid government-issued identification may be required at registration and/or by any participating establishment. Each establishment retains the right to verify age and identification and to refuse alcohol service in accordance with applicable law.

A Nightmare on Main Street ticket does not guarantee admission or alcohol service at any establishment if the guest fails to meet the establishment's identification, capacity, conduct, or other requirements.

The Nightmare on Main Street ticket does not include complimentary alcoholic beverages.

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased separately from the individual participating establishment.

Each participating establishment is independently responsible for its alcohol service and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Participating establishments may refuse service to any person when permitted or required by law, including guests who appear intoxicated or are engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Guests are expected to drink responsibly.

Hay wagon transportation will operate from approximately 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM in a continuous loop between designated participating locations.

There will be designated pickup and drop-off locations. Guests should board and exit the wagon only at designated stops.

Designated stops will be identified by event signage and other markers.

The hay wagon is provided as transportation between designated event locations and is not a guaranteed on-demand shuttle service.

Due to passenger capacity, traffic, weather, operating conditions, or other circumstances, guests may experience waiting periods or may be required to wait for a subsequent trip.

The hay wagon operator and event personnel may modify, delay, suspend, or discontinue service when they determine that conditions are unsafe.

Participation in the hay wagon transportation portion of Nightmare on Main Street is voluntary.

By choosing to board the hay wagon, each participant acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with riding on a tractor-drawn wagon, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, sudden movement or stops, boarding and exiting, falls, weather conditions, traffic and roadway conditions, and other ordinary risks associated with this type of transportation.

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the driver and event personnel.

While the wagon is moving, participants must remain seated or otherwise comply with the operator's safety instructions.

The following are prohibited:

• Standing or climbing on the wagon while it is moving
• Jumping from or attempting to board a moving wagon
• Hanging from the sides or rear of the wagon
• Throwing objects from the wagon
• Fighting or disruptive behavior
• Any conduct that creates a safety hazard for the participant, driver, or other passengers

A participant who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be refused transportation or removed from the wagon.

Participants ride the hay wagon at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Nightmare on Main Street is a rain-or-shine event.

For the safety of guests, drivers, participating businesses, and event personnel, the hay wagon may be delayed, modified, suspended, or discontinued because of severe weather or unsafe operating conditions.

Door prizes may be awarded during the event.

Door-prize procedures, prizes, and drawings are subject to availability and may be changed by the event organizer.

Winners must be physically present at the location and time specified for the drawing in order to receive a prize.

Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their tickets.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise inaccessible tickets may not be replaced unless the purchaser can provide sufficient information to verify the original purchase.

Valid government-issued identification may be required for ticket replacement.

Bones Distillery reserves the right to refuse replacement of a ticket when ownership or purchase cannot be reasonably verified.

Tickets may be refunded if the refund request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.

Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Once the event begins, no refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, leaving the event early, missed hay wagon trips, refusal of alcohol service, removal from a participating establishment, or inability to visit every participating location.

Bones Distillery reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, participating locations, transportation arrangements, entertainment, activities, or other event details when necessary.

If a participating establishment withdraws from the event or becomes unable to participate, Bones Distillery may substitute or remove that location without creating an automatic right to a refund.

All participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other guests, participating businesses, employees, event personnel, the hay wagon operator, and the surrounding community.

Bones Distillery and participating establishments reserve the right to remove a participant from the event for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, destructive, or illegal conduct.

Removal from the event may result in loss of ticket benefits without refund.

Participants are responsible for their own personal property.

Bones Distillery, participating establishments, and event personnel are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

Participation in Nightmare on Main Street, including travel between locations and participation in the hay wagon transportation, involves inherent risks.

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the event, the participant acknowledges these risks and agrees to follow all applicable event, venue, transportation, and safety rules.

Participants are responsible for making their own decisions regarding their ability to safely participate in the event.

By attending Nightmare on Main Street, participants understand that photographs, video, and other recordings may be taken during the event for promotional, advertising, social media, or other legitimate event-related purposes.

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, participants grant Bones Distillery permission to use their likeness in such materials without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

Bones Distillery LLC is the organizer and presenter of Nightmare on Main Street.

Participating establishments are independently operated businesses and are not owned or controlled by Bones Distillery unless otherwise stated.

Purchase or use of a Nightmare on Main Street ticket constitutes acknowledgment that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Bones Distillery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary for the safe and proper operation of the event.

By purchasing a ticket or participating in Nightmare on Main Street, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all reasonable instructions from event personnel, participating establishments, and the hay wagon operator.
