𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗹𝗯𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘂𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻!

We ask that you refrain from touching our props and characters for safety, as they 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 follow you home.
This Haunt is curated by two Halloween loving individuals, Don and Lisa, with the help of their friends and family. This unique event offers something for most ages! Our property has been in the family for over 70 years with many spooky additions. Lisa’s parents always participated in Halloween and due to the social issues in the 70’s surrounding contaminated candy, began handing out cans of pop. This tradition still carries on today!
𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲: We are requesting a non perishable food donation or cash for the Root Cellar. Adults 18+ are required to bring a single food donation and children can enter free.
𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀: We recommend that younger children come during the beginning of the haunt. Kids 16 and under will receive treats at the portal. The front yard and treat portal area are suitable for all ages. If you are curious about the suitability of the haunted house, 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗚-𝟭𝟲.
With that in mind, we have a 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 “𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀”.
Any soul may request: 1) 𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲- Actors will smile and wave/stay hidden 2) 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: actors will spook a little but not scream and will make themselves more visible if applicable.
We have a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆, no person, item, or character will be physically touching you during your haunt. 𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀.
𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: There 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 and we do not provide ear plugs. We do not use strobe lights however, we do use blinking lights. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 but can accommodate walkers and canes. We are happy to assist our younger Goblins and our older Ghouls, please check in with the Gatekeeper to ensure your nightmare is accessible.

𝗔𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲:
The family passion for Halloween started with the curators parents’ love of the spirit of the occasion, specifically, the excitement of the kids in their costumes coming to the door for treats.
The haunt began with a rubber spider and construction paper cutouts. As the family and the decorations grew, the haunted house evolved to what it is today.Due to the candy tampering scandals in the early 70’s our Elders made the choice to hand out pop and we continue this tradition today!
In fact, trick or treaters 16 and under may visit the treat portal on all days to collect a pop!
