How your ticket works
Your order confirmation email is your ticket — your order number is your ticket number. Show the email and ID at the door. Nothing ships, nothing to print. Tickets are limited — when they're gone, they're gone.
I bought a Pair. Does my plus-one need anything?
Just come together, or forward them the confirmation email. One order number, two admissions — the door list has you down for both.
Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
Yes. Forward them the confirmation email — whoever shows it at the door with the matching order number gets in.
Do I have to wear a costume?
You don't have to — but this is Halloween at an art museum and The Costume Crown is on the line. Come correct.
Where do I park?
Free street parking is available on Spring Street and Washington Boulevard around the museum, with more throughout the Grand Center Arts District.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, but tickets are transferable — if you can't make it, forward your confirmation email to a friend and the night lives on.
Will tickets be available at the door?
Only a small amount of tickets exist, and if they sell out online, they're gone. Don't gamble on the door.
