• Full retreat fee of $410 Due: September 1, 2026,

Fees Include:
• Three nights and four days of dedicated crafting time
• Shared heated cabin accommodation (4–6 people per cabin)
• One accessible cabin available (priority for those who require accessibility)
• Your own 6' table in a well-lit craft room
• Craft room and dining hall open 24/7
• 9 meals provided:
o Dinner on Friday
o Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday
o Breakfast and lunch on Monday
o After-dinner snack at 8:00 p.m. (approximately)
• Games, prizes, 50/50's, "pillow" gifts, ON SITE STORE, CLASSES & Make-n-Takes
• Raffle – this year’s charity is “Foundry Ridge Meadows” a program operated by Maple Ridge / Pitt Meadow’s Community Services – Youth Mental Health 12 – 24 yrs and their family/supports
• PJ Party on Saturday with prizes (theme this year is “Fairies”)
o 1 individual – “best theme”
o 1 individual – “comfy”
o 1 group of up to 6 – “best theme”
• Sunday Gift Exchange (bring 1 wrapped gift, value $25 or more, alcohol gift is allowed just no drinking it on site) and please NO GAG GIFTS!
• Good Karma Table (Leave a treasure, find a treasure, or make a small donation to this years charity)
• Keurig Machine – Bring your own pods
• Wifi will be given to those who are electronic scrapbooking only
Check in starts at 3:45 pm on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026 (no early arrival please)
