About this Event
You can now book onto our November City Ladies Nice Networking breakfast, held at DoubleTree by Hilton Nice Centre Iconic. This is hosted by Autumn Adele and Dinara Mukh.
Autumn Adele is an American longevity educator, wellness entrepreneur, author, and international speaker based on the French Riviera. She is the founder of Dream Life Method, a modern approach to creating a healthier, more intentional life by combining longevity science, mindset, nervous system regulation, and everyday wellness.
Through keynote speaking, luxury retreats, sound healing experiences, and coaching, Autumn helps people optimize their health, increase their energy, and create lives they genuinely love living. Having built a successful career in women’s health and biotechnology before relocating to France, she now inspires audiences to redefine aging, embrace reinvention, and discover that true longevity isn’t just about living longer—it’s about living better.
Dinara Mukh is a certified hormone & nutrition coach and TEDx speaker who helps women optimize their health, energy and confidence through science-based lifestyle and nutrition. After healing her own hormonal imbalances naturally she now supports women in creating lives that truly fit them from their bodies to their homes. Based in Nice she also works in real estate helping women align their living spaces with the lives they want to build.
This session will also include spotlight speaker, TBC.
So come and enjoy breakfast, visit a lovely venue and meet lots of like-minded English-speaking women face to face. Don't forget your business cards!
