Join Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors® (NICAR), in partnership with the Heartland REALTOR® Organization (HRO) and the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS® (NSBAR), for an evening that brings together commercial real estate, connection, and a great cause.

Historic Site Tour: 4:30–5:00 PM
Oktoberfest FUNdraiser: 5:00–7:00 PM
Start the evening with a special historic site tour of Station 34, exploring the history of the property and how this distinctive site has been adapted for its current use. It’s a fitting way for real estate professionals to kick off the evening—with a firsthand look at how a historic property can evolve while preserving its character.
Following the tour, stay for the 2nd Annual NICAR Oktoberfest FUNdraiser, featuring networking, heavy appetizers, one drink ticket, and a brief presentation highlighting the work of the REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF) and the NICAR Foundation.
And because Halloween is just around the corner, costumes are optional—but highly encouraged! 🎃
