Blossom and Bloom: 6-Week Spring Nia Journey (NO CLASSES APRIL 10 & 17) This spring, join Natasha for a 6-week movement journey designed to awaken your body, energize your spirit, and reconnect you with your natural vitality.
Each class will begin with a gentle guided intention-setting and warm-up to help you arrive in your body.
From there, we’ll transition into a more active, expressive movement experience, and conclude with a nourishing cool-down and restorative meditation on the floor... supporting integration, relaxation, and deep renewal.
Each week offers a unique focus, while still being welcoming and accessible for drop-ins. No experience necessary. Simply show up as you are!
Weekly Themes:
1. Awakening Sensation - Apr 24 Gently tuning back into the body after winter—awakening awareness, sensation, and presence.
2. Breath & Energy Flow - May 1 Using breath to expand, energize, and support the natural flow of movement.
3. Grounding & Stability - May 8 Connecting to the support of the earth—building a sense of steadiness and strength from the ground up.
4. Strength & Power - May 15 Reclaiming inner and physical strength—moving with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
5. Expansion & Expression - May 22 Taking up space and moving more boldly—expressing yourself with freedom and confidence.
6. Radiance & Celebration - May 29 Celebrating your journey—moving with joy, confidence, and vibrant energy.
