Arden University is hosting a regional discovery session bringing together workforce, organisational development and leadership professionals from NHS organisations across the North East to explore implementation of the NHS Leadership and Management Framework.

Featuring a presentation and live Q&A with Corinna Thomas, Strategic Lead for Standards and Frameworks, NHS College of Leadership and Management.

The event will provide attendees with an opportunity to hear the latest national updates, understand implementation expectations and discuss emerging challenges.

Designed as a collaborative forum for shared learning and regional insight gathering, the session will provide an opportunity for NHS organisations to:

• Understand implementation expectations and emerging priorities.
• Share experiences, challenges and lessons learned.
• Benchmark progress with peers from across the region.
• Identify leadership and management capability gaps.
• Explore workforce development priorities and practical approaches.
• Help shape future support, pilot activity and leadership development solutions.

Alongside the national update and Q&A, attendees will take part in facilitated discussions exploring implementation readiness, organisational challenges, leadership and management capability gaps, and workforce development priorities.

This session provides a valuable opportunity to hear directly from the NHS College of Leadership and Management, gain insight into the implementation of the NHS Leadership and Management Framework, and learn from the experiences of NHS colleagues across the region.
