Technology has changed childhood - and parenting along with it.
Join us for a special evening with Mandy Majors, founder of NextTalk, as we talk about how parents can help their kids navigate technology, social media, online dangers, sexualized content, and the pressures of growing up in an increasingly digital world.
Rather than simply adding more rules and restrictions, NextTalk helps parents develop open, honest communication with their children and equips families with practical tools for navigating difficult conversations through a biblical worldview. NextTalk works with churches, schools, and parents around the country to help families build relationships where kids know they can come to their parents when something goes wrong.
This will be a message of hope over fear, but the subject matter and content may not be appropriate for kids and teens. This event will be for adults.
Wednesday, September 16 | 6:30–8:00 PM
Rivertree Downtown Campus, 201 Marsheutz Ave 35801
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
The event is free, but please register for capacity purposes.
