The Next Stage Festival is a dynamic celebration of drama and the performing arts, designed specifically for youth groups and school communities. This event provides a safe, inclusive, and professional space where young performers can explore their creativity, showcase their talent, and connect with peers who share their passion for the arts in a short one act performance, ranging in length from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
More than just a performance, the festival is a community experience, bringing together students, teachers, and local arts organisations to celebrate storytelling, expression, and collaboration.
Whether performing or cheering on friends, the Next Stage Festival empowers young people to embrace their voice, develop their craft, and experience the transformative power of theatre in a professional, yet welcoming setting.
