Meet Jon and Jalene, a husband and wife, based right here in Singapore. No factories. No outsourcing. No shortcuts. Just two people making every single pair with their own two hands.
What happens when your business partner is also the person you go home to? How they split the work. What it costs to stay small on purpose. And what "power duo" actually looks like behind the scenes.

Having both trained in England under a denim master craftsman, Jalene and Jonathan are on a mission to revive the craft of jeans-making in Singapore.
From designing and patternmaking, to sewing and setting rivets and buttons, each step is meticulously executed in Pinheads studio by hand using specialised vintage machines and traditional craftsmanship techniques specifically used to create fine denim goods like selvedge jeans and trucker jackets the old-fashioned way.

Known for her digital illustrations on Procreate, Crystal is stepping beyond her introverted nature to grow a creative community where people feel encouraged to connect and create.
While she's recognised for her art, she's also passionate about helping fellow creatives find clarity and direction as they build their businesses. Through Gether, her vision is to create an ongoing safe space where like-minded people can be seen, heard, and supported; where dreams are nurtured into reality.

A homegrown florist, Amy creates meaningful gifts through the timeless language of flowers. She's known not only for her beautiful floral artistry but also for her warmth, kindness, and generous spirit.
Years in the floral industry have shaped her with resilience and the courage to embrace new beginnings. Whether she's teaching, mentoring, or building alongside others, Amy leads with a generosity that inspires those around her to reflect on their own purpose and the impact they hope to make.
We're grateful to have her heart, wisdom, and creativity as part of the Gether community.

Darren is someone we trust to help bring out the best communicator in all of us. We've known him since the days of his mobile coffee cart, and it's been inspiring to watch how far he's come.
