Newsletter Club- Create. Collaborate. Publish!
Looking for a fun, creative way to build communication and teamwork skills? Join our Newsletter Club, an engaging group experience for adults (18+) led by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
This isn’t just a class — it’s a chance to become part of a creative team and produce your very own publication!
In our first session, we’ll flip through inspiring newspapers, magazines, and mini zines to discover what styles the group loves. Together, participants will choose the format for our newsletter — whether it’s a zine, a newspaper, digital, printed, or something totally unique.
Then, each week, we’ll work together to create a brand-new edition filled with the group’s ideas, voices, and creativity.
Participants can choose roles that match their interests, such as:
- 📸 Photographer
- 🎨 Artist or illustrator
- 📝 Reporter or writer
- 🎤 Interviewer
- ✂️ Editor or designer
- 💌 Advice columnist
- 🌍 Current events explorer
Along the way, members will strengthen literacy, social communication, organization, and collaboration skills — all through a project that feels meaningful, creative, and fun.
✨ Best part? Every participant takes home a finished copy of the newsletter at the end of each session!

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to drop off participants for this group, as it is designed to support independent engagement and peer interaction.
