Join us for a relaxed, enjoyable morning making your own Christmas bunting, with plenty of opportunity to get into the festive spirit, meet others and enjoy some creative time together. No previous crafting experience needed- just bring yourself and your Christmas spirit!
The session takes place on Monday 30th November 2026, from 10.30am to 12pm midday. The cost is £10, and all materials and equipment are provided, so everything you need to make your festive bunting is included. There will be a variety of fabrics to choose from, both fabrics for indoors and outdoors. refreshments and shortbread are also provided.
You will also be able to purchase bunting kits if you want to complete more bunting at home or purchase other bunting already sown ready for you to hang up at Christmas, for both indoors and outdoors.

Its services include Portland House, which provides support and accommodation for young adults and 18-24, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness; the Newmarket Open Door Foodbank, which provides emergency food and essential supplies to people facing financial difficulties; and the Newmarket Open Door Charity Superstore, which raises funds to support the organisation's work while providing affordable clothing, household items, furniture and other goods to the local community. Through these services, staff, volunteers and community partnerships, Newmarket Open Door helps people access practical support, feel valued and supported, and work towards a more secure future.
