About this Event
Prepare for your baby's first days with knowledge, practical skills, and confidence.
This 6-hour workshop combines evidence-based education, guided discussion, and hands-on practice to help expecting parents and their support partners feel more confident caring for and feeding their newborn.
Together, we'll cover breastfeeding and feeding basics, latch and positioning, pumping and milk storage, bottle feeding, bathing, diapering, swaddling, soothing, safe sleep, and other practical skills you'll use during your baby's first weeks.
You'll also have opportunities to practice many of these skills during class—so you leave feeling more prepared to care for your baby, not just with information to remember.
Your registration includes one expecting parent + one support person.
This workshop is part of M.A.M.A.'s Parent Prep Series. Attend this workshop individually for $250, or choose the Complete Parent Prep Pass for $425 to attend both workshops and save $75.
Registration and payment are completed directly through M.A.M.A.
