It’s about recognising the work that doesn’t always get the spotlight. The care, the innovation, the collaboration, and the impact made every day in communities across New Zealand.
With 22 award categories, the programme highlights individuals and teams working across primary care, alongside the organisations supporting them.
Entries have now closed, and our judges are reviewing an incredible calibre of submissions.
