The New York Alumni Network is excited to offer Aggies an exclusive opportunity: tour the Mighty Miniatures exhibit at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian with exhibit curator, Anya Montiel, PhD (UC Davis class of 1997). Learn from Dr. Montiel on what makes these Mighty Miniatures culturally significant and about her work with the Smithsonian. Following the tour, join the group in grabbing a bite to eat at Fraunces Tavern. Please plan to arrive at the museum by 11:30am, as the tour will begin right at 12pm. The tour will last approximately 1 hour, after which the group will continue the fun by grabbing food at Fraunces Tavern.
Can’t join us on November 21? You can still explore the exhibit on your own November 21, 2026 through August 20, 2027!
We do not track Facebook RSVPs. If you plan on attending the event, please register here: https://alumni.ucdavis.edu/events/new-york-aggies-exclusive-museum-tour-exhibit-curator
