As midnight approaches, a Highland piper will lead the countdown before the sky lights up with a stunning fireworks display to mark the start of the new year. After the countdown, keep the energy high with a silent disco!
And of course, we’ll be serving warm bacon bagels at midnight – a delicious nod to the classic New York street food scene.
