We’re ridiculously proud to announce that Griff’s Magic Theatre is taking over The Vic this New Year’s Eve. 🎶
Griff is a proper giant of Bradford’s music scene. Part of its history, very much part of its present, and someone who has spent years digging out the records, sounds and musical oddities you didn’t know you needed until they’re rattling the walls at 11:47pm.
So forget the predictable NYE soundtrack.
Expect psychedelic & underground, soul & groove, blues & rock, strange little detours, absolute belters, things you haven’t heard for years and probably a few things you’ve never heard at all…
But most of all, expect the unexpected. 🌀
Basically, we’re giving Griff the controls and seeing where the night takes us.
No dress code.
No pretending to be posh because it’s New Year’s Eve.
No soulless party playlist.
Just a pub full of friends, old and new, bloody good music, dancing, drinking and seeing out the year together. 🍻
