The Couples New Year’s Eve Candle Making Experience at Above Average Candle Studio is a joyful, hands-on evening designed for couples who want to start the year surrounded by warmth, laughter, and love.
You’ll begin the night at our Fragrance Bar, where each couple will craft a signature candle together — blending scents that reflect your connection, memories, or shared goals for the new year. Choose from romantic, cozy, or fresh fragrance notes like Champagne & Berries, Amber Vanilla, or Citrus Blossom & Sandalwood. As your candle sets, the energy shifts from creative to celebratory.
Enjoy a mini light-bite buffet featuring small sweet and savory treats, plus refreshments and sparkling drinks throughout the evening. Between sips, you’ll take part in fun couples activities and reflection prompts — think intention cards, “new year wishes” for your partner, and a few lighthearted games designed to spark conversation and laughter.
As the clock nears midnight, raise your glass for a champagne toast surrounded by candlelight, music, and good company. We’ll count down together to the new year in a space that feels safe, romantic, and full of joy — the perfect way to welcome 2026 with your favorite person.

We don't want you to miss out on any of the relaxation. We ask that all participants to arrive on time. We are VERY FIRM on this policy. We only offer a 10 minute grace period. We do not offer refunds for late participants. We do offer class credits. You will have an entire calendar year to reschedule your experience. If Above Average Studio cancels your class for any reason, we will offer you a discount to reschedule or a full refund. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you via phone/email/text - Please keep in mind that we do NOT ANSWER calls during class sessions.
