New Year’s Eve Candlelit Shanti Rasa

We hope you’ll join us for a very tranquil and reflective New Year’s Eve practice by candlelight as we close out 2026 and enter into the new sequence of 2027.

Where Yin Yoga meets Water…
 

Shanti is the Sanskrit word for Peace while Rasa is loosely translated as “nectar.” Thus Shanti Rasa is a very gentle and fluid, Yin-like practice that encourages the cultivation of inner peace and equanimity.

All levels are welcome.
