Nearly a century after first opening its doors in downtown Gulfport, the restored 1926 landmark is preparing for New Year's Eve once again. Once known as a gathering place for dining, dancing, music and celebrations, The Markham is ready for midnight.
Join us December 31 for Midnight at The Markham, an intimate New Year’s Eve celebration with live music by the Titus Gillard Band, hors d’oeuvres, signature cocktails, dancing and a champagne toast as we welcome 2027.
Only 120 tickets will be available for the evening.
General Admission | $75 per person

Reserved Seating | $125 per person
For guests who want a home base for the evening, Reserved Seating includes:
- Reserved seat
- Live entertainment by the Titus Gillard Band
- Hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening
- Two signature cocktails
- Midnight champagne toast
- Commemorative Markham champagne glass
- New Year’s Eve party favors
- Dancing and access to the full celebration from 9 PM–1 AM

Purchase all Reserved Seating tickets for your party in the same transaction if you would like to sit together.
We cannot guarantee seating together for tickets purchased separately.

Before the celebration begins, The Library Restaurant will offer a special chef-curated New Year’s Eve menu from 4 PM–9 PM.
Dinner is a separate experience from the ticketed New Year’s Eve celebration, and reservations are highly encouraged.
A dinner reservation does not include admission to the 9 PM celebration. Guests wishing to attend both will need to reserve dinner separately and purchase a New Year’s Eve event ticket.
