This New Year’s self-guided meditation retreat offers a supportive environment to slow down and reconnect with your clear mind. Whether you are new to practice or returning after time away, this is your time to reset, restore, and reconnect with your intentions.
Arrive on New Year's Eve and stay through Sunday, or join us for a day (or two) of yoga, guided hikes, and delicious vegetarian cuisine.
This wellness retreat blends the grounding routine of traditional Zen practice with the freedom of a self-directed schedule. You are free to engage at your own pace: joining the sangha for mindfulness practice, exploring the quiet forest trails, reading, crafting, or settling into deep silence.
