Summertown Speakeasy New Years Eve Swing Party 2026 With Live Entertainment from Elise Roth
Swing Dance Summertown are pleased to announce live entertainment for our New Year’s Eve Party. We welcome Elise Roth & Her High Standards to The Summertown Speakeasy New Year’s Eve Swing Party on 31st December 2026.
As many of you know, Elise is one of the country’s most in-demand band leader / vocalists in both the UK and her native America. She headlined all 3 nights of the Twinwood Festival playing each of the 3 main stages as band leader.
Elise is also a regular headline act at the top swing Dance events in London and across Europe. There are a number of different ensembles she leads. Swing Dance Summertown are very happy to announce that this year, Elise will be in Oxford at The Speakeasy with her sextet line-up and will lead the entertainment to see in the New Year properly at our New Year’s Eve Party. The band is an all-star lineup featuring some the Uk and Europe’s top Jazz Swing musicians.
There will be all the usual Summertown Speakeasy trimmings with DJs playing between Elise and the band’s live music sets for non-stop dancing through the night. If you want to see in the New Year in style and dance to live Jazz Swing Music, The Summertown Speakeasy is the place to be.
What You Get At The Speakeasy New Years Eve Swing Party
Tickets include a Champagne Toast at midnight with quality Champagne.
Our generous Nibbles Table will also be stocked with snacks & refreshments. Another feature is our giant projector screen showing fireworks at midnight for you to dance under and welcome in the New Year in style.
We also provide free off-road car parking at the venue for everyone.
Like everything we do, Summertown Members will be able to buy discounted tickets but we will price it so that your non-dancing guests and partners will still receive a competitive package for the big event. We want this to be for everyone!
Tickets are currently on-sale online from this site and at any of our classes and events, where they can be purchased in person along with table allocations. Make sure that your best outfits are all pressed and ready for a very glamorous New Year in Oxford.
We do not have a license for a cash bar at The Summertown Speakeasy. You are welcome to bring in any other refreshments you wish. We will provide coffee, tea and squash alongside all our other refreshments on the nibbles table.
This all adds up to what we believe is the best value New Year’s Eve Ticket available and a great way to spend NYE in Oxford.
