Do you want to end 2026 in the healthiest way possible? Join me on New Year's Eve at 5:00pm for a special end of the year Sound Bath that will include a brief mental closing of 2026 and greeting in of 2027. All you need to bring is yourself and a yoga mat, blanket or towel to lie on. You just get to rest and replenish! It is an opportunity to do something caring for yourself with benefits that you can only experience in person.
This is a perfect event to come by yourself, with friends or with your partner to relax, rest and reset for the beginning of 2027!
