"Ring in the New Year at Paulette’s with Menu du Réveillon, a celebratory dinner inspired by legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier.Begin the evening with a French 75 and deviled egg topped with Louisiana Choupique caviar, followed by classic turtle soup with sherry. The main course features roasted tenderloin of beef topped with jumbo lump crab, Béarnaise and Marchand de Vin, accompanied by pomme purée and asparagus. A selection of French cheeses follows before Baba au Rhum, then coffee, ruby port and hazelnut biscotti to close out the final evening of 2026.
Reservations are required and tickets are non-refundable. Parties of five or more will be seated at The Terrace.
