Early Sitting: A special 4-course menu from 5pm–7pm, deal for those who want a beautiful dinner before heading out for the fireworks.
Main Event: From 7pm, celebrate with champagne on arrival, a premium seven-course menu with wine & sake pairings and a champagne toast as the clock strikes midnight.
Private Teppanyaki Experience (from 6pm): Celebrate in one of our intimate private Teppanyaki rooms. Master Chef Felix Zhang presents an 8-course menu showcasing the finest seasonal produce, paired with curated wines and sake. An immersive and interactive culinary experience.
