This parkrun is only for the truly brave athletes amongst you. Because this parkrun is always the hardest parkrun of the year. No, its no further than the regular 5km.
No, its no hillier than the regular 5km.
No, its no different to the regular 5km.
.... BUT ... you're not attempting a regular parkrun still hungover and slightly drunk from the late night / early morning you have just enjoyed at the end of 2026.
Remember the party last night? The one where you drunk far too much and promised ...no, vowed .... no, committed ... no, RESOLUTIONED to be fitter, faster, healthier in 2027?
We can help you with that drunker resolution from last night.
At 8am
On Friday January 1st 2027.
At Trentham Memorial Park off Holdsworth Avenue.
And don't forget to bring all the friends and family you were celebrating with last night.
Because misery loves company.
