A Year of Becoming: A Seasonal Women's Gathering SeriesWith Wellness Educator, Joyce Sunada
Overview:
Just as nature moves through seasons of renewal, growth, harvest, and rest, our lives unfold in powerful cycles as well. This four-part gathering series invites women to pause throughout the year to reflect, reconnect with themselves, and support one another in living with intention.
Each session mirrors the wisdom of the season--offering space to notice where you are, celebrate your growth, and step forward with clarity and confidence.
Together, we will journey through the seasons of becoming.

New Year Session: What a Difference a Year Makes
A new year invites us to pause, reflect, and honour the journey we have taken.
In this special gathering, we will look back on the past year with
curiosity and appreciation--remembering the intentions we set, the experiences that shaped us, and the progress we made along the way.
Together we will celebrate successes, revisit moments of courage and growth, and acknowledge how the small, consistent steps we take each day create meaningful change over time.
As we welcome the year ahead, you will step forward with renewed clarity and intention--ready to continue living your amazing life surrounded by the encouragement and support of other amazing women.
Because when we take time to reflect, we often discover something powerful:
What a difference a year makes.
