Start the year rested with a gentle, supportive 3-week detox group at Healing Within Wellness Center in Little Canada. It's a wellness and habits program designed to support sleep, energy, digestion and daily routines, not a crash cleanse.
Intro night: Wednesday, Dec 30, 2026, 7:00-8:30 PM ($20, credited toward the program). Learn the 3-week plan and get your food and hydration guide and starter journal.
Sunday check-ins, 10:00-11:30 AM: Jan 10 (sleep, energy, digestion, goals), Jan 17 (what's hard; sweat and movement) and Jan 24 (wins and keeping the habits). Register by Jan 7.
Program: $149, including the intro night, three check-ins, a printed guide and a private group chat. Groups are capped at 15 so everyone is heard. Reserve online.
