As one year comes to a close and another begins, give yourself the gift of a meaningful pause.The New Year Intention Setting Circle is an interactive evening of reflection, connection, and intention. Together, we'll look back at the year we've experienced, acknowledge what we've learned, consider what we're ready to leave behind, and identify what we want to carry forward.
Rather than creating traditional New Year's resolutions, you'll be guided to create a personal intention for the year ahead—something meaningful you can return to throughout the year.
Through guided reflection, writing exercises, sharing, and a short closing meditation, you'll have the opportunity to connect with your own intentions while sharing the experience with others (should you choose to) in a supportive circle.
You'll leave with a personal intention and a simple reminder to take with you into the new year.
No experience necessary. Sharing is always optional. Please bring a pen and notebook, if you would like.
