As the first full moon of the year rises in Cancer, we are invited to begin 2026 with softness and self-compassion. This moon brings emotional clarity and a gentle call to return to what feels true. It is a quiet moment to pause, breathe and listen to the heart.
This circle offers a warm, restful space to settle inward. We begin with grounding breath and meditation, followed by an oracle card ritual and simple journalling to meet your inner guidance. You will be invited to shape a personalised mantra for the year ahead, a quiet companion to support your path with compassion and clarity. Space for mindful sharing follows, where you may offer a reflection or simply listen.
The evening closes with restorative yoga supported by bolsters and blankets, allowing the body to unwind and the nervous system to soften into deep rest. In this gentle atmosphere, your mantra can settle into your breath and being like a soft compass for the months to come.
