For one night only, Fiorenza becomes a world apart: an exquisitely designed space reminiscent of an ancient Roman garden, with arches of greenery, warm stone tones, and a soft golden glow that feels both timeless and wildly celebratory.
Your evening begins with a welcoming glass of prosecco, then unfolds into a seven-course journey through indulgent Italian flavours. Expect the sparkle of oysters with golden parmesan croquettes, the richness of veal in tuna sauce, and the drama of our Dynamite Cocktail antipasti. From there, settle into soulful primi — beef shin ravioli in red wine with a trio of tomato sauces, and clams with champagne risotto — before a refreshing sgroppino to reset the palate. The secondi brings pure luxury: Barolo-braised beef with truffle mash, and pistachio-crusted cod, followed by a dessert finale that is unapologetically festive and decadent, crowned with a cheese platter, grapes, and a final toast of prosecco.
