A fun, practical summer class for children and their family dog.This one-hour session helps children learn how to handle their dog safely, reward clearly, notice when their dog needs space, and enjoy training in a kind, thoughtful way.
The class is designed to feel fun and active for children, while keeping welfare and safety at the centre for the dogs. Dogs will work in their own space and remain on lead throughout.
Recommended for children aged 6+.
A parent or responsible adult must attend with their child throughout and remains responsible for their child and dog.
Dogs must be comfortable around children and in a group class environment. This class is not suitable for dogs with significant fear, reactivity or aggression concerns.
