On Sunday 4 October , you’re welcome to come and enjoy healing sound and vibration from gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, shaman drum, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, and rain stick. ☺️I provide all the equipment so you can lie down as comfortably as possible.
This is one of the most healing things you can do for your body, mind, and soul. It is scientifically documented. So don’t think of it as a luxury or a waste of time — quite the opposite. Every cell in your body will function more optimally after a sound bath like this.
I have had a yoga studio in Norway for 10 years but as we now have moved close to Monsegur, Gironde, I offer my services in the South West of France.
I have a wonderful yoga studio in the countryside 9 minutes from Monsegur and 13 minutes from Sauveterre de Guyenne.
The price for the Soundbath is €25.
