This informative, entertaining boozy tour is centered around New Orleans' history and the detailed events of it's past. Learn how New Orleans has developed into the magnificent city that it is today from a knowledgeable local guide. Hear about the dark side of humanity. The most terrifying things are what people do to each other, and perhaps you want to glimpse into this corrupt corner of existence. We’ll bring you on a tour of the sordid details behind New Orleans’ dark, bloody murders. You’ll visit locations in the French Quarter where the echoes of gruesome crimes of M**der still cry out.

The history of New Orleans, Louisiana traces the city's development from its founding by the French, through its period under Spanish control, then briefly back to French rule before being acquired by the United States in the Louisiana Purchase.

Guests will visit the exact location where the Louisiana Purchase was signed in 1803. Visit to the famous St Louis Cathedral in Jackson Square and many more places that played a vital role in New Orleans history.

Of course, no New Orleans tour would be complete without some stories of voodoo, ghost and vampires. This tour has you covered.

Before this tour ends you will know where to find the most predictable ghost in New Orleans. You will also visit the most haunted house in the city, The LaLaurie Mansion and multiple locations where vampires have been seen and police have documented sightings of them on a regular basis.

Have you ever wondered about the practice of voodoo in New Orleans? This tour explains how voodoo came to New Orleans. Learn about the Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau, and visit property given to her as payment for her magic. Visit locations where voodoo ceremonies were held.

The French Quarter is home to over 200 bars. During the course of this tour, you will have the opportunity to check out some of the neighborhood's friendliest and most historic bars. Needless to say, this tour passes a dozen at every turn.

Your guide does not go inside the bars, however you are welcome to stop in and refill your to-go cup.

This tour allows you to drink throughout the tour through the French Quarter. The stops to get your cup refilled is offered as a courtesy and is intended to add to the experience for all on the tour. This tour is as kid friendly as NOLA can be. Please keep in mind some locations allow children inside, however some do not. The tour guide will wait outside the bar with the children while guests refill their drinks and stand with the children at all to go windows for drink stops as well.

Please meet your guide on the sidewalk at the gate of the courtyard attached to the Legendary Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar located at 941 Bourbon Street New Orleans Louisiana 70116.

Please arrive a few minutes prior to departure time and check in with the tour guide. Tours depart at the scheduled time. Guests must check in a few minutes before the tour departs and leave with the tour group at the scheduled departure time. Tour Guides are unable to answer phones after a tour departs since we are then navigating our tour groups and giving narrations we cannot be on our phones and lead a tour. Late arrivals will not be refunded. If you you are going to be late please contact us before the tour is scheduled to depart so we can try to help you check in before the departure time. If a guest arrives even a few minutes late the tour guide will not be at the meeting departure location any longer because we start at the scheduled time. Please contact us Before the tour departure to avoid any issues regarding being lost / late.

Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. If the tour is delayed guests will be notified via text & or email.


INCLUSIONS-Admission ticket, local tour guide


Walking tour ~~ Duration: 1-2 hour walking tour at a moderate pace. The duration may last longer depending on the wait time inside the bars. Some bars may be busy and delay the tour to a large degree

Guests are responsible for providing contact information prior to the tour, preferably when you create a reservation. Not all booking agents (3rd party agents as well) require phone numbers when booking however it is important for various reasons for the office and tour guides to reach guests via phone. Please send us your phone number along with your name and booking reference number / order number if the booking agent did not request it at the time of booking so that we can add this information to your reservation for you.


-Audio or Video recording devices are strictly prohibited during the tour. Photos are allowed and encouraged.


We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to inclement weather or any other acts of God.


A $250 replacement fee will be charged for any piece of lost, damaged, or missing piece of paranormal equipment.


Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirement- cut off for reservations for this tour is 1 hour before the scheduled departure. Please be aware that at cut off time for reservations if the minimum numbers are not met the tour will be cancelled and you will be contacted by phone, text, or email up to the hour before the tour is scheduled to depart. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. We do not offer additional compensation for a customer who feels inconvenienced by the tour being cancelled.


Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late arrivals.


This tour is kid friendly. Please keep in mind some locations allow children inside, some do not.
