Head straight out on the sand from Island Ave. The address is only listed to help you find the location - this is hosted out on the beach.
All are welcome - avoid fees by sending $22 via Venmo to @ yogalexa (Zelle and cash also accepted)
Enjoy an evening of relaxation as we set intentions under the energy of the new moon - gentle stretch, guided meditation, a sound bath, and watching the sunset over the ocean.
Let gratitude root you, peace wash over you, and your heart open to the quiet beauty of simply being.
***PARKING: Free street parking (after 6pm) on Balboa Blvd or in the Balboa Pier parking lot (5 min walk)
***WHAT TO WEAR: Dress warm!!! Socks recommended. The body temperate drops during a sound bath, especially by the water. (Feel free to wear a swimsuit under if you want to take an ocean dip after)
***WHAT TO BRING: Towel to lay on, an eye mask if you want to cover your eyes, and an optional small blanket and/or pillow for extra comfort
