🌙 A Moonlit Sound Bath Series. New moons for intention.
Come recalibrate your whole system with an immersive, integrative sound bath to open this new lunar cycle. We're heading into the final stretch of the year, and this new moon lands right in the middle of it. It's a sweet time to ask how you want these last few months to feel.
We'll settle in for a long, deep sound bath and let the sound carry you somewhere quieter than your thoughts usually get to go. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to figure out first. Just lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound move through your body as your breath slows and the noise of the day fades.
Bring your mat, your blanket, and a friend if you'd like. Community is welcome here. Come tired, come hopeful, come exactly as you are. No experience needed.
A gentle request: please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin. We'll start promptly at 7:00 PM.
