New Moon Sound Journey at Revolution Yoga Lewis Rd Studio

New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle and a time for turning inward and reflecting - planting seeds of intention for what you wish to manifest in your life. We plant the seeds when the Moon is “new” and nourish them as the Moon grows into fullness. Immerse yourself in the vibrations of bells, chimes, singing bowls, Native & Ocean drums, 4 Paiste Gongs and more. This meditative journey is designed to clear the energetic and physical body while bringing harmony to the system. Be immersed through this transient trans-formative auditory and vibrational healing that facilitate a clearing, calming and energizing effect. Please Bring a eye mask, yoga mat
